Terms and Conditions
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- By booking/ordering you are agreeing to the return and refund policies below.
- We are a growing business and the website is subject to change at any given time. Please be patient with us and feel free to reach out with any issues.
- All sets are hand painted and packaged.
- Custom press ons are shipped directly from the painter to the customer.
- Sets do not come with adhesive. If you'd like recommendations, let us know.
- We are very understanding... please do not hesitate to reach out for any reason!
Return and Refund Policy
Full refunds will be offered until completion of set. If order is cancelled after completion of set, only shipping will be refunded. Keep in contact for best estimation of completion time. Once a set is delivered, there is no returning. If there are issues with the set (damage to polish and/or shaping, set was not pre-etched, etc.) please reach out and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
For appointments, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellation within 24 of the appointment time will result in loss of deposit. Please reach out, we are not unreasonable about making exceptions... life happens.
